Scholarship Information

 

EdChoice Expansion Scholarship

 The EdChoice Expansion Scholarship is an income-based program that provides scholarships to all students in grades K-12 based on household level income.  

 

Please note: 

*If your child is attending public school (such as Dublin) in the PM you are not eligible for EdChoice. 

When applying for this scholarship the following should be emailed to  or dropped off in the main church office. 

Then, we will submit an EdChoice application for your child through the online secure application system. After it has been processed, you will receive a notification to fill out income verification.

Renewing the EdChoice Expansion Scholarship

Students who are currently receiving an EdChoice Expansion scholarship can renew the scholarship for the upcoming school year. Parents must complete the EdChoice Scholarship Renewal Form and submit it, along with a copy of a current utility bill, and email these to  or drop them off in the main church office. INCOME VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED FOR RENEWAL APPLICANTS. 

  • Check the Federal Poverty Levels with Gross Annual Amounts chart. If you meet the income requirements for your household size and want to have your income verified to determine if you qualify for low income status, you may complete the Income Verification Form through OHID Portal https://safe.ode.state.oh.us/portal. When verifying your income you MUST include supporting income documents. Click here for the Income Verification Quick Guide and requirements.
  • The Ohio Department of Education (ODE) will notify by mail those parents who applied letting them know whether or not their child has been awarded a scholarship.
